Helm of Neitiznot - This is a nice balanced helm, go for RS gold Verac's/Torag's helm to get more defensive stats or a Fighter hat for offensive stats (about similar stats to a Rune full helm but with bonuses for three attack types: Stab, Slash and Crush attack styles)
Guthans Plate - decent the Fighter torso has an excellent Strength boost, so it's a great option when you're unable to afford Bandos; also I'm not certain of this, but I'm sure that the Torag (and Dharok's) offers slightly better defensive statistics and cheap OSRS gold is at 650k or so, it's well worth it in my opinion.
