To set up Multiple Product Key you need to visit www.office.com/setupkey and Enter your Product key. Whenever you have entered your first Product key, click on the Add another item key and another container will show up for you to enter another item key. You can tap on the + Add another Product key as commonly you need to add more item keys for reclamation and enactment.
